Eucalyptus at Beaumont is a "Private Storage Community" unlike any other RV, Car or Boat storage facility. Recently completed, we have 107 individually owned, fully enclosed garages ready for your valuable possessions. Since you own your own garage, you are free to come and go as you please. You can tinker, wash, wax, maintain your vehicle at your leisure and schedule.

Each garage is privately owned and deeded, just like any other type of real estate. You will receive a Deed and developer provided Title Insurance. Ownership controls your costs, and you are not subject to increases in rent, since you are the landlord.

Built on 4.5 acres, each garage comes with fire sprinklers, 100 AMP's of power in each garage, individual alarms monitored 24 x7. We built this facility with an eye towards the larger RV's, with all door heights at 14', and door widths up to 20' with driveways at 71' wide. In addition, we built a 2700 sq ft clubhouse for your convenience and comfort. In the clubhouse we have showers, laundry, WIFI, HDTV, comfortable couches and a wet bar. We were named in the "Best Storage Facility in the Nation" award last year.

We have a variety of garage sizes ranging from 418 sq ft up to 2700 sq ft and all sizes in between, although some sizes are nearly sold out.

We are located 1/8th of a mile off of the 10 Freeway, 28 miles west of Palm Springs.
